This may be the same one as at right (with the light hitting it differently).  Note the worn area on the forewing.  It looks to me as if the hindwing rubbed off the scales there.

I am not sure why it has its abdomen out like this.  I could not find any eggs in any of my other photos (where its abdomen contacted the blackberry stem)  The one on the oak (left) is sitting like that too.  Do they do this often?
